At Babe Ease, LLC, our goal is to bring innovative, affordable and quality driven baby products to families around the world.
Babe Ease founder Missy Cohen-Fyffe, knew there was a demand for her Clean Shopper shopping trolley cover when she began using it with her son. At the time, Cohen-Fyffe was busy running her Public Relations company, and although she planned to bring her patented Clean Shopper to the market (her patent dates back to 1991), she had yet to establish Babe Ease, LLC. Once Babe Ease was officially established in March of 1999, the company launched its signature Clean Shopper shopping trolley cover.
As demand for the Clean Shopper grew, so did Babe Ease, LLC. In 2000, the company’s first web site was launched and, with publicity from national parenting magazines, the Clean Shopper became a “must-have” baby item. With ever-growing demand came the need for overseas production and by the close of 2001, the company’s wholesale division was established. That same year, Babe Ease, LLC, became a member of the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA) and a new product, the Clean Diner®, was born.
Over the years, the publicity generated for Clean Shopper and Clean Diner has spawned its own mini industry of shopping trolley cover and high chair cover baby products. Rave reviews from national parenting and consumer publications (Parents, People, Good Housekeeping, TIME and American Baby) and kudos from nationally syndicated TV shows (The Big Idea, Dr. Phil, Good Morning America, CBS Early Show, The Today Show and The View) made Clean Shopper and Clean Diner household words. With the company’s additional lines of disposable Clean Shopper and Twins Clean Shopper in 2004; the addition of the Clean Changer baby change mat in 2005; the 2006 launch of the Super-Soft Clean Shopper; The Disposable Clean Diner; and My Traveling ABCs book and plush toy set, and the 2007 launch of the new Clean Burper baby burp cloths, Babe Ease, LLC continues to provide innovative, affordable baby products to parents everywhere.
When Clean Shoppers® first appeared on the market, the idea of protecting babies from grocery trolley germs was as foreign to families as Mars. Today Babe Ease, LLC, holds 20 U.S. and international patents and trademarks with products sold in retail stores and ecommerce sites across the U.S. and as far away as Australia and New Zealand.
Deeply committed to finding a cure for breast cancer and helping children and families conquer autism, Babe Ease, LLC, also contributes 5% of October’s profits to the ESSCO-MGH Breast Cancer Research Fund and 5% of May’s profits to the Nashoba Learning Group.
